Operations Manager
Having worked with Liiift MD Dawn Tolcher previously, it was a no brainer for me to work with her again, and so I joined Liiift in February 2022. During my time here, my role has expanded, and as well as assisting with the operational and administrative side of the business, I am also a copywriter. I write engaging copy for internal and external businesses, such as blogs, websites and even books!

I’m terrified of flying! And wasps.
What’s a surprising skill or talent you have that your coworkers might not know about?
I can speak (an incredibly limited amount) of Mandarin. I can do the nursery rhyme Hickory Dickory Dock in sign language.
What’s the most memorable project you’ve worked on here, and why did it stand out to you?
Being given the opportunity to work with Adore Group CEO on compiling his memoirs as an autobiography. Writing has always been my dream and to be able to do it professionally is quite simply remarkable.
What’s your go-to productivity hack that helps you stay on top of your work?
Having a live to-do list that gets updated as tasks are completed. Putting headphones in and listening to my eclectic collection of playlists.
How do you like to unwind after a busy day at work?
When I finish my day job, I return home to my second job as the mother of two young children.
What’s the best piece of career advice you’ve ever received, and how has it influenced your work?
“Always believe in yourself” …we are all guilty of thinking we’re not good enough and can suffer from imposter syndrome, but you should always be your own biggest cheerleader!
What’s one thing you wish people understood better about your job or department?
How much of the work we do is related to helping the other businesses within the Adore Group. 😊
